3. Digital Products & EU Consumer Law

Digital products are delivered electronically.

By purchasing digital content, you:

• expressly agree to immediate delivery

• acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access/download begins

As a result, all digital product sales are final once access is granted.

4. Right of Withdrawal (General)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days.

This right does not apply to:

5. Workshops and Live Events

• Cancellation 7+ days before event → full refund

• Cancellation within 7 days → no refund, but transferable

• If we cancel → full refund within 14 days

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

• No partial refunds for unused time

7. Payments & VAT

• Prices are in EUR (€)
